Biography
Dr. Khadijah Musa Sakaba is a visionary leader, business coach, marketing expert, and passionate advocate for women and youth empowerment. With a strong background in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and leadership, she has dedicated her life to fostering economic and social development, particularly for marginalized communities in Nigeria.
As the Founder and Managing Director of the Khadijah Sakaba Empowerment Initiative, she has been at the forefront of transformative programs aimed at equipping women and youth with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed for financial independence and self-sufficiency. Since establishing the initiative in 2017, she has led over 100 outreach programs, providing support in areas such as entrepreneurship, vocational training, financial literacy, education, and community development.
Her commitment to empowerment extends beyond philanthropy—she is a hands-on mentor who actively nurtures emerging entrepreneurs. Through her vendor group, she has successfully brought together over 1,000 women and youth, helping them access funding, business development training, and high-value customers. Her initiatives have created a thriving ecosystem for small businesses in Kebbi State and beyond, positioning her as a key driver of grassroots economic growth.
